Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location

Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this?
Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate?
Best Practice on how to approach this?

This is Michael on the Moz Help Team and I want to thank you for reaching out with this question. In general, you'll want to use the check listing tool to get another listing published. You access this interface from our Check Listing tool here:https://moz.com/local/search

Once you find your business, on the next page click "Improve with Moz Local."

This will take you to a page with an interface for submitting the information that is collected in the CSV. The required fields are at the top, and everything else is below. When that is complete you'll be able to purchase the listing.

Solved "Your location could not be saved"
I have several locations on MOZ Local. I haven't had any trouble before, but now when I try to update anything (on any location) I get this error "Your location could not be saved" and if I attempt to navigate off the page it reminds me that my changes won't be saved. ???? I don't see anything wrong with any entries.

Unsolved Moz Local business listing
Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Please reply back to me with clear answer and instructions to my question. Thank you!

Unsolved WHY IS NO ONE AT MOZ CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING??! THEY STOLE MY MONEY
AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP. I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!! HOW DO I CALL THESE PEOPLE SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! ???/

How long does it take for the MOZ Local to update?
Hello, I use MOZ local to keep track of major citations for 30+ clients. Sometimes, it happens that I would be working on a new company, which does not have any significant number of active citations. And MOZ local does not seem to update very often, when I have already created citations for that particular new company. Can anyone update me about, what is the normal timeline for the MOZ Local to update new citations? I am using this URL to keep track of my company citation ranks: moz.com/local/search. How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
